The incredible rush of new energy and ideas that you experienced last year now moves into a more settle phase. You start to see results from these efforts and find it easier to focus on where you are going. A steady hand and the patience to accept whatever comes your way, now gives you the chance to have a real impact upon the lives of people you have not yet even met.

Persistence in developing current plans is the key to success in 2012, do not be tempted to head off in a completely new direction, or to make a premature move before you are completely ready for the next stage of your project. Otherwise you will lose out on all the benefits that long term consistent growth can have for you. New minor projects can be safely explored, but don't make any moves before you are completely ready. Especially as you need to watch your finances and carefully manage the first results of your success.

A 4 Wood year has the potential to change unexpectedly though. In the same way that a gentle breeze can suddenly switch to a blustery wind, your moods may say more than your words, so a little patience will go a long way to keeping the peace. Allow your influence to spread though gentle persuasion and the conviction of your actions. Avoid the temptation to show off and gracefully accept the help that comes your way.

If you can give up your tendency to control all aspects of your life and instead rely upon a sense of humour and sense of spaciousness, you can now work on what it was that inspired you so much last year, and turn it into something tangible.

Like the hub at the centre of a wheel you stand at the centre of the Nine Star Ki number system. And like a hub you are always surrounded by people wanting your attention, yet you have few close friends yourself. Being at the centre provides you with a great power  for either creativity activity or emotional destruction. You also have talent as a catalyst, a problem solver and a leader, yet you experience as a landscape of shifting sands.

The ups and downs of your life could be described as the search for the place from where you function best, which is your own centre. Remaining in balance is the key to success, although you are more likely to be swinging form one emotional extreme to the other.

At the same time you tend to ignore your own needs and can in fact be a rather needy person who is easily swept away by your own emotions. At the root of this insecurity is self-doubt. But this can be alleviated by the contact with nature that gardening and walking in the country can bring, and the self nurturing that puts you first.
